Find Answers to Your Questions:

✋ Do students get to choose their own teams?

  • ·You can decide if you want to organize the groups or let students choose. I use the Team Jobs Request Form to get student input. This helps me understand who they may enjoy working with as I create the teams. I keep my teams the same all year.

✋ How do students switch teams each month?

  • At the beginning of each month, I invite teams to brainstorm how they will fulfill their duties using the Planning Sheet. This is a great time to review expectations and teach students how to work with others.

✋ How can I display these jobs?

  • This classroom jobs display works great on a bulletin board. Or, try hanging your team jobs on the side of a filing cabinet as I do! A few magnets will make your display easy to arrange!
