- ·You can decide if you want to organize the groups or let students choose. I use the Team Jobs Request Form to get student input. This helps me understand who they may enjoy working with as I create the teams. I keep my teams the same all year.

- At the beginning of each month, I invite teams to brainstorm how they will fulfill their duties using the Planning Sheet. This is a great time to review expectations and teach students how to work with others.
